Simply Sundays at Getting Cricky - face

Kristal at Getting Cricky asked for faces this week in the Simply Sunday challenge. I used the Create a Critter cartridge to cut the snail at 3 1/4". I cut the base layer out of the green and didn't use the first layer because I wanted to use some of my Peachy Keen faces. I have some but rarely use them as I don't have a gypsy and haven't played with Design Studio enough to make it an easy thing to use. The card is an A2 size card. The patterned paper is DCWV and the solid is Martha Stewart. I got the ribbon at Paper Maniac (it's very possibly May Arts but don't quote me on that). The stamp is from Joy at Joy's Life, Lots of Puns stamps. The ladybug, or should I say bead, is from Antelope Beads. I went to a bead show this morning with a friend of mine who is creates amazing beadwork pieces and found all these cool tiny pewter beads. I keep reading that you can color things with your Promarkers (or Copics) so I tried it on the bead. I was very pleased that it did indeed work, yea! I could have made it match the card but I was afraid it might get lost if I did. I used Perfect Pearls on the blue piece. It looks pretty good in person but it looks like a mess in the picture:( I still don't have the hang of that completely. The ink on the sentiment is peeled paint Distress Ink.
