Sew Fabulous at Getting Cricky

This card is for the Simply Sunday: Sew Fabulous challenge at Getting Cricky with K Andrew. The picture doesn't do the paper justice. It is all DCWV from 3 different stacks. The background is from the Black Current stack, the red is from the Performance mat stack (there's music behind the flowers), and the dress form is from the La Creme mat stack. The black on the bottom of the dress form is flocked and you really can't tell. I cut the dress form out last week from the Forever Young cartridge and don't remember exactly how big it is, I think 3 1/2". I used the labels 4 Nestability to cut the background. The corners are rounded (1/4" corner chomper) and the back layers are all adhered with ATG tape. The ribbon is from my stash and the bling (from Ebay) was attached with my I-rock. I didn't put a sentiment on it because I couldn't decided what kind of card it needed to be. I will add it when I decided where it's going.

  1. Lynn, I love this card. It is so elegant and the colors are perfect, love DCWV paper. Forever Young is one of my favorite carts...as you can tell from my card. Also, flocking is one of my favoirte mediums...used it last week for NSD on a Cat card...love that stuff. Thanks for stopping by, hope you come back soon.
