Happy April Fool's Day! I can't believe it's April already:/ Today at the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge blog we are doing a blog crawl. You get a sneak peek of our cards on the blog and have to hop around to seen the whole card. Fun!!
I made a really corny card. I teach math and this is always a hit, even with the older crowd. I think it's one of the first math jokes kids learn.
Goofy, right? I used the Storybook cartridge for the numbers and the word "why", and Makin' the Grade for the word "was". The rest are stickers from Webster's Pages, except the question mark which was in my stash. I chose primary colors because there aren't a lot of embellishments so they help add a little interest. I embossed the front with a dominoes folder to add to the number theme. I went around the 8 with a gel pen because the paper was a little pale and didn't stand out as much as the others.
I love your card and the bright colors.
