Birthday Sundaes: It's all about the brads
So, brads are the challenge this week at Birthday Sundaes. You had to use at least 3 on your project. The purse is from the Paisley Cricut cartridge cut at 3 1/4". I put the flower from Creative Charms on instead of the last couple of layers, it added some dimension since it's a simple card. The patterned paper is from Me & My Big Ideas. I got the yellow at JoAnn's recently when it was on sale and the black and white are stash papers. I've had the brads forever but they are also from JoAnn's. I used a MS edge punch to do the lattice. It doesn't match up exactly but I decided it was ok anyway, adds a little more interest. The yellow paper has a little texture to it so the stamp isn't completely solid. Liked that too (looks better in person) so didn't try to fix it. I tried to get all of the brads to go a little sideways at the same angle but there was one that wouldn't cooperate. They look pretty decent in the picture but no guarantee how long they'll stay like that;) Have a good day!
